Blood Pressure & Beets

As you may have read in The Story or heard me talk directly to you about it, juicing a beet was the first step to my dad’s dramatic recovery.


We decided to put the theory to the test and we cut a beet in half and juiced it.. easy!

BUT… We were careful and wanting to eliminate medications, so more specifically, here’s what we did:

                 STEP 1:  Check Blood Pressure.  (BP was high)

                 STEP 2: Clean and cut an organic beet in half.

                 STEP 3: Juice the beet into a glass about the size of a shot glass.

                 STEP 4: Wait 20 minutes. Check Blood Pressure. (BP was normal)

                 STEP 5: Wait 30 minutes. Check Blood Pressure

                 STEP 6: Wait 2 hours. Check Blood Pressure…

For one full day we continuously checked the blood pressure every hour or two. In our instance, it remained normal and he went to sleep with no blood pressure medications and a less swollen foot (from the edema). Giving him the medications would have caused his blood pressure to decrease too drastically, so it was obvious we could not give him the blood pressure medications that were prescribed. After about the 3rd day and as the healing progressed we were confident enough to check the blood pressure only a couple times a day.

After the 30 days he no longer needed to take the Beet Juice Shots. He simply had healed.

Obviously, I can’t say this will work for everyone, but this was our experience and it was extremely effective!!

Beet Juice Side effects: 

Note that the side effects are rare and typically harmless. I would suggest comparing to the potential side effects of blood pressure medication.

We were warned against juicing by several doctors. Doctors the prescribed multiple medications that caused severe side effects. Doctors are trained to treat symptoms with medication and are not educated on natural remedies.
