California Green Juice

A classic, simple, delicious green juice!

Yield = 2 Servings 

1 bunch Kale
1/2 bunch celery
1 bunch spinach
1 cucumber peeled
2 green apples- un seeded
1 1/2 inch ginger

Juicing cures and alleviates TONS of symptoms and medical conditions. Fall and winter, the seasons of the cold and flu, are the best times to remember to juice to keep your immune system boosted an nutrient rich.

Feeling stuff? Sniffles? Feel a cold coming on? Grab or make a large fresh juice. I’d recommend doing this for 3 days until you know the sickness is out of you and your symptoms are gone.

  1. Hey there – love the site!

    I have used this recipe twice with one simple change. I used it to the letter the first time, but found it just a TEENY bit too bitter. To counter this, I did the same recipe without kale, and the same recipe without spinach. I feel that the best one (for me, of course) is with no kale and a reduced amount of spinach.

    If you’re a stickler for greens, feel free not to take my advice 😉

  2. Because I super Love green fruits and vegetable I try to make this recipe at home of course with a little bit of a twist. I will try to add more fruits in there and blend it with my Blendtec Blender. It is super good. Green fruits and vegetable helps removing toxins in our body. It is one way of cleansing or digestive system so everyday I see to it that I have fresh green smoothies on my table. it also helps rejuvenate our skin. thank you for this post!
